Snowy Friday
First, I know it’s been a long time since I posted, no excuses, just want to say that I am back to posting, and I hope you enjoy. Over the next month or so I will be reworking my Web site and this blog, so keep checking in. Also, you can always check out my Flickr Photostream.
This year, winter is back on the East Coast. It seems like every week we have a storm or two. It is winter, and when I was younger I dreamed of having snowfall like this, so I’m really not in too much of a position to complain. Instead, I have gone out with my camera for two of the storms to capture some images of Cambridge in the snow. Here is an album from the 2010 Blizzard, and here are some from today’s latest snow.
I chose this one as my Photo of the Day because while the statue (which is in front of Harvard’s Hemenway Gym) looks lovely all snow covered, what I really like about this photo is the look of the bricks and snow together, soft and abstract.
